 2031 Quincy Street is a 10,600 SF warehouse situated on 1.02 AC in the Eastern Lonestar/Turnpike industrial submarket of West Dallas. SCC sold this asset in Q4 2023. 

2707 Satsuma Drive is a 26,475 square-foot industrial building situated on 1.10 AC in Dallas’ North Hines submarket. SCC sold this asset in Q1 of 2026

3115 Halifax Street is a vacant 13,421 square-foot warehouse located in Dallas’ West Brookhollow submarket, adjacent to I-35. SCC renovated, released, sold this asset in Q4 2025.

 3521 Oradell Lane is a 10,034 square-foot industrial building situated on 0.43 acres adjacent to Bachman Lake and Love Field Airport. SCC added value by releasing and repositioning the building over a 17-month hold period. SCC sold the asset in Q4 2024.
